Permanent should be precise.
Is the .nfts.one address itself permanent?+
The friendly address depends on our DNS service. Your Arweave manifest ID, source files and independent gateway links do not. That distinction is included in every rescue kit.
Can I update a permanent website?+
Yes. An approved release can never be overwritten, but you can publish a new permanent edition and point your friendly address to it. Your edition history remains provable.
Do I need cryptocurrency?+
For the current beta, yes: checkout uses an Ethereum wallet and the site NFT is minted to that same address. Card checkout can be added later.
What keeps working forever?+
Self-contained HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and media stored with the site. Third-party forms, analytics, APIs or externally hosted content still depend on those providers.
What happens if nfts.one shuts down?+
Your NFT, manifest and files remain on their respective networks. The rescue kit explains how to open the site through current gateways, Wayfinder or your own gateway without us.
